New Phone

I replaced my old, decrepit cell phone with a basic iPhone. I gotta admit, it's really cool. I posted this from my iPhone.

Rode with the club today, a zesty 45 miler. This was the last organized ride of the year. From now until April, just show-and-go rides.

I'm trying to figure out how to post a photo. I totally crammed the Element with bush trimmings and tree branches yesterday. Swept and vacuumed and the Element is looking good again.

Happy riding!

I keep on putting off changing my cellphone...it seems to do everything I want- so I will hang on to it till it ceases to work. Everybody tells me that it is now out of date..but it takes pictures...I can use it on my travels to blog with...and has a radio.

I find photos are the toughest element of blog posts from an iPhone.

It looks like cycling will be replaced with brush hauling. How many more loads?

limom - Crikey!

Trevor - I hung on a little too long - the flip part flipped off this summer, but I was able to get to stay back on for another couple months.

Steve - yes, I'm finding I don't have a lot of control over the iPhone camera, at least not yet. Maybe one of those free apps will help?

Ron - well that's all for right now, although I have two 25' tall ash trees which just perished from the Emerald Ash Borer. Much of that wood, however, I think I'll be able to burn for campfires.

Bill,
I love the way you are putting Le Element to use! If I carry mulch and such in it, I use the blower to get rid of the stuff too.

Have fun!

Chandra - great idea! I hadn't thought about using a blower, but that'd be a great way to get out all those small bits in a hurry.
