I did wear long underwear, which was nice and toasty in the morning, but very warm for the ride home. But since my commute is only 3 miles, it wasn't bad at all, even though I did ride a few more miles just because it was so nice.
Tricross commuter and my Trek 710 on the trainer. I dearly love them both. I ordered a new rear derrailleur for the Trek 500. Will post soon my plans for that bike. I love that bike equally as well.
Still trying to figure out posting with the iPhone. Computer's in the shop, and may be some time before it can come home.
Happy riding!

This weather has been amazing so far this winter. I hope it lasts.
The warmth has been setting records up here in northwestern WI, and I am not complaining.
I didn't know you could post with an iPhone. Interesting.
71F on the ride home from work in North Texas yesterday. It seemed very unnatural to stuff the jacket in the trunk and ride home in a t shirt.
As for the blogging. I'd like to hear a user report on the free "Blogger" app. Lately, I mostly use BlogPress which is currently on sale for $2.99 and works fairly well as long as I don't try to do anything fancy. I also hear good stuff about Blogsy for $4.99, but that is mainly from Wordpress people and it may only be for iPad.
It was 65 degrees in Denver, on Thursday. Supposed to snow, tonight...
I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with the TREK. I feel a certain connection to it, after all.
@Steve A: I don't know about the iPhone app, but the Android Blogger app is useless. The buttons for loading photos, hyper-linking, etc. are non-functional on the phone, and the screen is so small that you can barely read what you type. If you enlarge it, you can't see the margins...
@Jon - thanks for the info on Blogger. Still, for free, I suspect I'll try it at some point. Also, for Bill's info, I have only used BlogPress on an iPad. I haven't tried it on the tiny iPhone screen as of yet. I also, since the first comment, sprung the $4.99 for Blogsy and understand why there is no iPhone version. It may be very good, but there is a fair amount of learning as well.
Although we have had a stormy first week to the New Year, today was a bright sunny day....just like spring. Seems similar to the weather you have had - I even managed to get a good long ride in.

Steve - what Jon said. It is very tiny on this little screen, but fortunately I've just gotten my bifocals strengthened. Can post photos, but that's it.
Jon - I'm making some changes on my other Trek. The one I bought from you I'm keeping as-is. I like it just the way I bought it except I'm looking for some fenders for it. I'll post soon on the other Trek.
You guys should try posting with a Blackberry. Yikes. The weather is outstanding, though, and it's great to hear that it's nice in other places too.
