Short Ride

I got back from a 3 day conference late this afternoon and went for a 10 mile ride on my Trek. I enjoy seeing people I haven't seen for a while, and I got to play Euchre till after midnight on Monday. After sitting in meetings all day everyday, though, and a 2 1/2 hour car ride home, I was ready to ride.

The sun was shining and warm southerly winds brought the temperature up to 32 degrees today. Great day for a short ride. This photo presented itself as I passed by the Cedarville Reservoir.

Happy riding!

Nice picture. I do not like meetings either. There are people that do though, I have met them. I would bet it did feel good to get out and ride after all that.

I'll bet the air also smelled good, clean, and crisp around that reservoir...

Isn't it amazing how effective a bike ride can be, when it comes to unwinding after a trip?

Love the photo! Great way to recover from all that time indoors and behind the wheel.

Yes, bike therapy is great! We're in a warming trend right now, with temps expected to be into the mid 30's for highs each day through next week. So that'll be something to look forward to.
